The maximum upload size is 50mb. Bear in mind that larger file sizes will take longer to upload so please be patient.
For optimum print quality your artwork should be supplied at 300dpi.
Please use CMYK colour mode.
RGB colour mode is designed for screens and uses red, green and blue as the base colours. CMYK colour mode is designed for print, and uses cyan, magenta, yellow and black as the base colours....
Please add 2mm of bleed to your artwork. Designs with no parts of the image reaching the edge of the sticker do not require bleed (e.g. a white circular sticker with a logo in the centre).
We can cut extremely complex shapes; however, overly ornate designs may become difficult to remove from the backing sheet.
If you want to produce a small quantity of multiple designs then the best way to place an order is as a sheet.....
Please try to avoid using anything smaller than 6 point.
A bitmap (or raster) file is an image composed of pixels - examples of this type of file are jpeg, gif and tiff. When scaled up in size a bitmap file will decrease in quality. Most photos are bitmap images....
The most common professional image editing applications are Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. You can find out more at [www.adobe.com](http://www.adobe.com "adobe.com"). Free alternatives to these packages do exist....

If you upload an Illustrator or vector pdf file which has text the fonts will drop out if we don't have them installed on our system. To combat that please convert your text to curves by selecting it and going to Type > Create Outlines.
Your cut line must be shown with a line or shaded area on a separate layer labelled 'cut line'. If you do not supply a cut line we will place the cut line 2mm offset from the edge of the image.....
If you have a clear sticker on which you'd like some elements left clear and some elements printed white please demonstrate the white areas with a shaded area on a separate layer labelled 'white'....
If you have a metallic sticker on which you'd like some elements left metallic and some elements printed white please demonstrate the white areas with a shaded area on a separate layer labelled 'white'....
Any areas you'd like to be spot-gloss varnished on your design should be demonstrated with a shaded area on a separate layer labelled 'spot varnish'. If you do not indicate the areas you'd like spot-glossed we'll automatically gloss all printed parts of your image....
